The TRECVET Project aims to provide all interested parties with a software tool to make qualifications comparable, transparent and show commonalities and differences. This is shown using the example of the skipper qualifications for Small Commercial Vessels (SCV) from UK, Spain and Germany by breaking each syllabus down into its smallest logical teaching blocks called Fundamental Elements(FEs).
